my goal: Loosing weight

This is my layout for the SSD-Challenge No 25.

Journaling: This year I really tackle it and start with loosing weight. Every year I thought about trying it, but never really did it, because it’s soo difficult and will be difficult. But this year I start it. I have made the first step today and have gone on the weighing machine and documented it and nun I want to do some gym and writing down what I eat. And if I have a bad day and eat to much sweet stuff, then I hope that this layout encourages me and I will be able to hang on with the help of god.

My word for 2010: endurance

Jornaling:
Endurance is my word for 2010. With this word I want to remind me daily that I need to work on my goals. I will need all my power and endurance to reach my goals. I have thought long about my word 2010 and many seemed to be my word, but something always was missing. With this word I feel myself good and I think this word is it.

Bastian is a real bookworm. Most can’t believe it, but Bastian loves to read. A book with 200 pages is to thin for him, The thicker the better.
I really love that he reads sooo much and that he love it so much…. Meanwhile he reads my books and have read all the twilight books.
